Heart and Soul Insight Session 1.5hr

Sessions will use one of or a combination of Reiki, Root Cause Therapy, Mediumship and Psychic Reading and Healing.
What to expect from a session:
• We will begin with setting an intention.
The purpose of setting the intention is to brings the healing to your awareness, into your consciousness.
This also prompts the body, heart and mind to be ready to release what is no longer for your highest good.

• Energy Scan and Healing: assessing the energy flow and fields around your body, receive spiritual insights, and help release blocks that may be affecting your emotional, spiritual, and even physical well-being.
Energy blocks can show up in many ways.
- Emotional blocks from past experiences or relationships
- Mental blocks like limiting beliefs or negative thought patterns
- Spiritual blocks that keep you from connecting with your higher self
- Physical blocks that may be causing discomfort or tension

• Finally we finish with an energy flush. An energy healing to reboot your chakra system and get you back in flow.
